My hometown, Gang Neung, is a fantastic place. I can meet friends, and work a part time job. Gang Neung’s summer is crowed, cool and beautiful. Gang Neung’s winter is very snowy, adventurous and white. I love Gang Neung. My hometown is known for Gyeongpodae Pavilion, Jeongdongjin and Ojukheon House. People eat soft tofu stew, potato, corn and coffee in my hometown. People hang out mostly in all sorts of cafes and the beach. Gang Neung is not a big city with about 220,000 residents. However, in the summer Gang Neoung is very crowded and full of tourists visiting the Gyeongpodae Pavilion. Gang Neung has the East Sea and the Taebaek mountain range. They are special natural features in my hometown. Gang Neung will hold the Winter Olympics in 2018.
This summer I went to Seoul. It was so interesting there because it was the first time I went to Seoul to have fun. I went with my favorite club friends. First of all, we went to the Namsan Tower, the Cheonggye creek, Ttukseom Recreation Area. Second, we ate many food. I tried to ride the subway alone. I brought 150,000won. I stayed overnight . I felt that the air in Seoul was dirty. The weather in Seoul was not so good because smog covered the downtown areas of Seoul.
Gyeongju has many attractions. Anapji, Cheomseongdae and the Silla Dynasty tombs are some of the most famous attractions you can see in downtown Gyeongju. There are also many attractions near Bomun Lake, such as Gyeongju World, two teddy bear museums and the Sonje Art Museum. Finally, you shouldn’t leave Gyeongju without visiting Bulguksa, the famous Buddhist temple, and seokgoram Grotto. If you want special a experience, you sould go to Love Castle Museum near Bomun Lake. Donggungwon and Birdpark are a great place to enjoy together. Good date sites are surrounding Cheomseongdae, because surrounding Cheomseongdae has beautiful flowers during the four seasons.
